Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz welcomed the decision of the European Union and the United Kingdom to impose additional sanctions against Iran.
«I welcome the decision of the European Union and the United Kingdom to impose additional sanctions on Iran, including against airlines and individuals involved in the supply of ballistic missiles and UAVs that threaten Europe and the Middle East. These sanctions send a clear message that the international community will not tolerate Iran’s dangerous actions, its support for terrorism, and its destabilization of our region. The Iranian regime and its accomplices continue to pose a threat to the free world, and through coordinated and decisive action, we can stop its aggression and ensure security in the region,» Katz said in the statement.
